You have a love for sport. It is fun, competitive and it keeps you physically active. Not only do you love sports, many of you play all year round.
LIFT understands that young athletes nowadays are busier than ever. The balance of academics, and athletics are becoming more and more challenging. Commonly much of the emphasis is placed on one individual sport, while athletic development, injury prevention training, recovery and regeneration get pushed to the bottom of the list. With that being said, the risk for injury and burnout can increase.
We offer a wide variety of programs geared toward the needs of each athlete including athletic development, ACL prevention programs and showcase preparation.
